Current status of US Customs Seizure

As you know from a previous email, United States Customs has seized our shipment from Hong Kong containing 15,000 Flippers. We are constantly in contact with Customs and Border Protection (CBP), but they have only one answer: wait 30 days while the examination is in progress. Therefore, we still do not even know the official reason of the cargo seizure! It's crazy, but legally we can't do anything until we get an official Notice.

Plan B Shipping

While we wait for an official response from CBP we've send a new small batch via a different logistics channel to check if this a global 🇺🇸US import ❌ ban of Flipper Zero product or just an issue with the specific shipment. This cargo has successfully passed customs, which means there is no global ban on our product, which is comforting.

Therefore, while we work on releasing the original shipment, we've decided put the Plan B in motion:

In the near future, we will send 50% of orders through an alternative delivery channel. If it is successfully delivered, we will send the other half of the orders.

We do this to reduce the risks — If we send all 100% of orders in one go and it gets delayed once again, we will not have devices in stock for such experiments.

We understand how frustrating this delay is and we are doing our best to fulfill all the orders as soon as possible. This is not the first problem that we have faced since the beginning of the project, but we always meet our obligations. Therefore, we ask you not to cancel the orders made in our store for the time being.

If you still want to cancel your order and return the money, then here is an instruction on how to do it correctly. Please do not make a chargeback through your bank, it will take much longer and require additional paperwork from us.

1. Find your order confirmation email from Flipper Zero Shop and click on “View your order”.

Search your mailbox for "Flipper Zero Shop" to find the letter.

2. Once on the order page and click Cancel order. Your order will be closed and you will get a full refund after that.
